If you check on disk, is the file there in that folder the folder indicated under the registry key? Hi RickWarren, could you check the permission for that plugin? It should be on the Add-ons page in the Plugins list. In the left column, click Plugins. Then check the list on the right side for Citrix plugins and you can adjust the permission level:. If you see a good reason for the site to use the plugin, and the site looks trustworthy, you can go ahead and click the notification icon in the address bar to allow it.
